Joseph lives a very healthy lifestyle, 5 days a week you will find him in the gym working out. He also swims 3 days a week and runs 3 days a week.  He considers himself a “hybrid athlete”, meaning that he wants to be able to perform a variety of athletic endeavors at a high level.  He food preps every Sunday for his meals for the following week.  He believes that optimal performance is a fine balance between a disciplined and well crafted workout schedule, eating right, sleeping right and a positive mental state.  He is training for his first 100 mile ultra marathon this coming October.
